An outdoor kitchenette fitted with a refrigerator, sink, and smart tv for entertainment is ready for you! Want to have a beach day? Grab your chair and walk just 30 yards to the water’s edge! Enjoy the views of boats coming and going through the jetties! Coming in for the day? Rinse all that sand off right underneath the house in the outdoor showers. The home is upfitted with two den areas, allowing the adults and the kiddos their own place to hang out or play board games. Drink a coffee, read a book or sun tan from any of the three porches while taking in the views across the ocean or the Inlet. Private pool approximately 14 X 28 (heated 3/1-5/30 and 9/1-11/1 if air temp is not below 55F). Pool cabana bar has full kitchen. Enclosed outside showers. Charcoal grill. No motorcycles or golf carts.

The best of 3 worlds; the ocean, the pool and a dock for our boats and jet ski!!! Great house! Great location for 4th of July fireworks for sure!!!! We love being in “THE GATE”!! The children and grandchildren could ride their bikes around the private neighborhood safely!! We’ve been in “THE GATE” during our summer vacations for years and love it! It works for us!! Also, a huge shout out to Dunes Realty!! They have always been great for us!!!! Thanks!!! The ONLY down side to this house is, as our family is growing , we got to go “bigger”!! Thanks “Sand by Me” for making more fun memories for my family!!!!
