Directions

Dunes Realty is located at 2851 Highway 17 Business in Garden City Beach, South Carolina. Below, you will find general directions to our office.

From the North and I-95:

Exit I-95 at Exit 181A (Latta/Marion) and follow Route 38 E, which becomes 501 S towards Myrtle Beach. Just before reaching Myrtle Beach, exit right onto SC 31 S (Carolina Bays Parkway.) Exit left onto SC 544 E, then exit right onto Highway 17 South Bypass. Continue approximately 4 miles and turn left at Garden City Connector. (It’s the 4th stoplight on Highway 17, and you’ll see Indigo Creek Golf Course on your right). At the second stoplight turn right onto Highway 17 Business, then Dunes Realty is located on the left hand side. 

From the South and I-95:

Take 26 E towards Charleston, SC, then 526 E to Mount Pleasant. Take exit to 17 N to Georgetown. Continue on 17 North through Georgetown and Pawleys Island, then bear left on Highway 17 Bypass at Murrells Inlet. Bear right on Highway 17 Business, go through the intersection at Atlantic Avenue, then Dunes Realty is located on the right hand side.

From the West and I-26:

Exit I-26 at Exit 107B I-20 E to Florence and go north for about 0.4 miles. Continue on I-20 and go east for about 77 miles. Continue on I-20 Spur and go east for 2.1 miles. Turn left on US-76 and go east for 23 miles. Continue on SC-576 and go southeast for 3.1 miles. Continue on US-501-BR and go southeast for 0.9 miles. Continue on 501 across the Intracoastal Waterway Bridge at Fantasy Harbour. Proceed across bridge in right hand lane. Take the first exit on right to Highway 17 South Bypass. Continue approximately 10 miles and turn left at Garden City Connector. (Indigo Creek Golf course). At the second stoplight turn right onto Highway 17 Business, then Dunes Realty is located on the left hand side. 

Alternate Route from Columbia, SC:

Take US 378 E for approximately 45 miles to Sumter, SC. Take US 521 S through Greeleyville and Andrews to Georgetown, SC (approx. 80 miles). Make a left onto US 17 N. Follow directions at traffic light and turn right continuing on US 17 N through Georgetown, Pawleys Island and Litchfield. Continue on US 17 N, go through the intersection at Atlantic Avenue, then Dunes Realty is located on the right hand side.

Alternate Route from I-95 North or South:

Take Exit # 122 (Alcolu) in South Carolina. Exit onto State Highway 521 South. Stay on Highway 521 South for Approximately 65 miles until you reach Georgetown, SC. You will travel through Manning, Greeleyville and Andrews during this time. When in Georgetown make a left onto Highway 17 North. Almost immediately Highway 17 will bear to your right (across from Burger King). Follow 17 North through Pawleys Island and Litchfield. Continue on US 17 N, go through the intersection at Atlantic Avenue, then Dunes Realty is located on the right hand side.
