Linen Rental Information
Properties are equipped with pillows, bedspreads, mattress pads and some blankets. In addition, our Beach Bundle complete linen package is included on all reservations, but is optional and may be declined should you elect to bring your own linens. Alternatively, bed and bath linens may be rented individually, and our Linen Rental page has more information. Damaged, lost or stolen items are the responsibility of the renter. Changes or cancellations require a 48-hour notice, and we ask that you place your order at least three weeks prior to your arrival to ensure proper delivery.

This house was great and we would definitely rent it again. The location can't be beat and the house was in wonderful condition. This would have been a 5 star review except the internet in the house is DSL and was basically unusable. Anytime we needed high performance internet, we had to use our phones as hot spots. If I could make one recommendation to the owners/Dunes Rental - please upgrade to real broadband for this house.
We have stayed in Portobella III 28 for three years in a row, and love it! This year we were happy to find new carpet, and new window blinds/shutters on the upper level. The window blinds helped control the temperature, in the back of the house, which had been a problem in the past. The wallpaper and bedspreads are a bit dated, but are nice, clean, and tropical themed, adding to the "beach" experience. This house easily sleeps 12-14 people, and gives everyone plenty of room to spread out. The sofa sleeper is very comfortable and there is room on the bedroom floors for twin size airbeds if necessary. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need, plenty of dishes, pots, pans, silverware, utensils, coffee pots, toaster, toaster oven, and room for food storage. The washer and dryer are full size and there are a generous amount of hooks and towels rods located throughout the house for hanging dry towels and swimsuits, and clothes hampers in each bedroom. There are also plenty of closets with hangers and drawers in the bedrooms and bathrooms and an iron and ironing board in the master bedroom. You can see the ocean from the upper and lower front porches, and there is ample seating and a table for outdoor dining. It is only a three minute walk to the beach, and a two minute walk to the pool. The yard is nicely landscaped with tropical plants and there is plenty of room under the house to park 3-4 vehicles, as well as bicycles. There is also a nice grill for barbecuing on this level. As with most houses in this area, it is not wheelchair accessible, with a flight of steps to gain access. There is however a bedroom on the main level, and it is roomy once inside. Dunes Realty is great to work with. The house is always nice and clean upon arrival and we recommend the towel and linen package as well. We had to call maintenance twice this year, once to unclog drains and once to remove a bee nest on the porch. They were prompt and friendly. This house is in a great location, located on a quiet corner lot, within walking distance to restaurants, Surfside Pier, and within a 5 minute drive to Garden City and 10-15 minute drive to Myrtle Beach. Our family will be returning again if we are fortunate. We hope this review helps and thank you to the owners for letting us stay and for providing such nice amenities.
My family has stayed in this house for the past 4 years and we love it! Each year when we return improvements have been made. This year new sofas were added, last year was new trim paint and carpet. Two years ago shutter blinds were added to the windows. The mattresses and bedding are in need of updating, but they are not horrible. A nice grill would also be a plus. The kitchen is well stocked, but could use better quality frying pans if you are actually going to cook. The pool is nice enough and the beach is just a 3 minute walk across two streets. Dunes Realty is also nice to work with and we recommend the linen package.
