Overall

'This was our first vacation renting a beach house and we had a wonderful time. The house was great, even though it is in need of some updating.. Older furniture and peeling paint outside, but nothing that would affect you vacation, The pool is perfect with most of it in the sun, but a portion under the house in the shade for when you need a break from the sun. We had 15 adults plus 2 small children so the living room was a little small but was not a problem for us because there was the second living room upstairs and we didn't spend much time watching tv. I think the only thing we would have liked was a larger grill because it was hard to cook for so many people on such a small grill. Overall it was just what we needed, a relaxing vacation with sunshine, pool and ocean. Another consideration that I wouldn't have thought about is that this house has steps right down to the beach. In walking the beach, I noticed that many houses have the steps stop on the dunes and you have to step down to the beach which would make it a little harder to bring chairs etc. down or for anyone with any walking problems. This was great having stairs onto the beach. '
