'The house was clean & the kitchen was well stocked (coffee pot, toaster, crockpot, blender, pots & pans, utensils, etc.). The shower in the Jack and Jill bathroom was very small & not ideal for adults. Short walk to the beach & close to beach access. Great patio area under the house with chairs, picnic tables & hot tub. Make sure you stop by Garden City Beach Bar & Grill for karaoke with Martha!'

'This was the first time for my family to stay at Ina's Place. We have stayed at several places in Garden City over the years, and this is now our #1 choice! The owner has done a wonderful job decorating and keeping the place very clean. We loved the roominess. Love that the bathrooms have hairdryers installed. The only thing that we would add would be a grill, otherwise, the perfect place for family! We will definitely choose Ina's Place again!'

'We loved this house. The kitchen was well stocked and the grandkids loved the sun porch. Owners have it decorated so pretty with all of the beach decor and pretty colors. The shower in the master bathroom was unable to turn off, shower came on whether you had the knob up for the shower or down for the tub but we reported the issue to realty company. We all loved the hot tub. This is what sold us on renting this house. The little area with the swing and chairs was awesome also. We all had plenty of room and privacy. Shower in Jack and Jill bathroom is very small but don't believe that could be helped. We were all family so we just shared the other showers. We would recommend this house to others and hope to stay there again.'
