Second row complex of 13 homes with community pool (dimensions approximately 32 x 16), community grill and common grounds. Covered porch. Approximately 1980 square feet. No smoking or pets allowed. 2 queens are a set of bunks.
Linen Rental Information
Properties are equipped with pillows, bedspreads, mattress pads and some blankets. In addition, our Beach Bundle complete linen package is included on all reservations, but is optional and may be declined should you elect to bring your own linens. Alternatively, bed and bath linens may be rented individually, and our Linen Rental page has more information. Damaged, lost or stolen items are the responsibility of the renter. Changes or cancellations require a 48-hour notice, and we ask that you place your order at least three weeks prior to your arrival to ensure proper delivery.

Our family had a very nice 2 week vacation in this home, thank you very much for sharing. Everything worked just fine and the home was well maintained and clean. There was plenty of dish and cookware and the kitchen was very well stocked. The short walk to stores, and beach made it perfect location. The pool was great and the back deck was very relaxing in the evening.
We have stayed in this house multiple times over the years and always love it. The house is beautifully decorated and the floor plan is great for multiple family’s and friends. The pool is awesome and it’s just steps away from the ocean and the beach. The house is walking distance to some fun bars and restaurants in Surfside.
We enjoyed a wonderful vacation in Surfside Beach. Beautiful house, close to the beach and restaurants. Convenient to local attractions but also quiet and relaxing. We can’t wait to return!
