Windhaven has an elevator, making it easier to tote not only your luggage, but also your beach chairs. Enjoy the convenience of being just a few steps to the beach to have some fun in the sun, sand, and surf. Windhaven features an oceanside outdoor pool (open Easter/April 1 to October 1), grilling area, and covered parking. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.

'Property is clean and well maintained. The pool is kept clean. The condo was very nice. Really liked the loft bedroom and the bedroom that accesses the deck. Kitchen area is roomy enough that two or three people can move around with no problems. Only drawback was that we had three couples staying there all with cars. They would only accommodate two cars for parking. We had to leave one car at the realty office about 5 miles away. That was very inconvenient and we were always worried about it. If not for that I would give it 5 stars.'
