Surfwatch II is located 1.8 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Surfside Beach, and .7 miles from the Surfside Pier and surrounding restaurants. This four-story complex offers oceanfront units to take in all the sights and sounds of life at the beach. Enjoy watching the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean from your private balcony. There is also an elevator at Surfwatch II to help tote your luggage and beach items. Go for a swim in the oceanside outdoor pool (open Easter/April 1 to October 1) or take a short walk to the beach and feel the sand beneath your feet. Dine in and barbeque at the complex grilling area or dine out at one of several local restaurants. Two parking permits are issued per condo unit. There is some covered parking with a clearance of 7’1”. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, trailers, recreational vehicles, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.
This was my first visit to Surfside and I loved it. I’ve stayed in North Myrtle Beach a couple of times and it was nice but there was just some nicer about Surfside. The pier is only a short walk from this beautiful condo. Plenty of plenty of restaurants on the pier. The pier was clean and has nice restrooms. Now let’s get to the condo, it was perfectly decorated with fun beach accessories. The condo was located directly on the beach so every morning and evening I sat on the balcony and took in Gods beauty and playlist after my beach walks. Beach walks are my favorite so I would walk to the Surfside pier or to the one two miles south. I really liked that the tide kept the sand compacted enough that you didn’t wear yourself out walking in the sand to get to the water. Fun fact Surfside Beach lets you put up your personal tent on the beach, they weren’t allowed in North Myrtle. I’ve been to a lot of beaches over the years and this was one of my favorites.If you are a beach lover like I am you cannot go wrong renting this beautiful clean condo.
