We just returned from a great stay at Surf Master unit 409. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything needed for our stay. Dishes, glass wear, pots and pans and utensils. The unit was clean when we arrived and the view was amazing. The 4th floor was the perfect level.A few notes for the owners. A shelf in the shower would be a great addition. There was not a place for toiletries. It would be nice if the cleaning company would notify Dunes when the unit is cleaned for possible early entry. And most importantly. Please fix the lock on the balcony door. My husband and I were locked out on the balcony for over an hour. Our family that was staying in another unit were not able to help because the dead bolt was locked. We were able to contact Dunes who were wonderful in getting us back into our unit. The gentleman had to drill the dead bolt and then was able to enter the unit and get us back into the unit. I do apologize for not getting the gentleman’s name because I was in the middle of a panic attack. So thank you for getting there as quick as quick as possible and keeping my anxiety and panic manageable We did miss our dinner plans and night out with family but grateful for Dunes.
