Summit is located 1.5 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Surfside Beach. This four-story complex has direct oceanfront views. Grab your camera and capture a beautiful Atlantic sunrise while on your balcony. For your convenience, there is an elevator, making it easier to tote not only your luggage, but also your beach gear. Bring or rent your beach items and step down to the sandy beaches and lounge in the sun or swim in the surf. There is no pool at Summit. This complex is conveniently located to public parks, restaurants, and shopping. Plan your vacation stay at Summit and have some fun in the sun! Two assigned parking spaces per unit. Towing is strictly enforced and at violators expense. Sorry, motorcycles, trailers, recreational vehicles, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.

Overall

We had a wonderful time, this area of Surfside beach is the BEST. We saw a lot of dolphins and string rays. When we first arrived the air conditioner was not working, but Dunes sent a repairman and it was fixed within few hours. I would love to see an upgrade of the mattresses for queen beds. They were very firm and we could feel the coils springs in the beds. There is no outside cooking grill available for renters to use. We love to grill out at the beach but we could not at this unit. There are ONLY 2 parking spots for each unit, if bring more than two cars, you'll have to find parking for them. We had to park extra cars at the Kroger parking lot on Atlantic Ave.

Overall

'My family had a fabulous time and this condo offered us all we could ask for! The split bedroom design and open kitchen/dining/living areas allowed our family time spent together during meal prep, eating and enjoying the balcony. It felt more like a home than a rental and we look forward to seeing the changes the owners make for next year!'
