Summer weeks fill up almost a year in advance but the locals will tell you that spring and fall are hard to beat! 5 bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths, accommodates 14, small dog friendly and in the premier beach location (feels almost private and w-i-d-e all day), 1 1/2 miles south of the Garden City Pier. Sorry, no smoking allowed.

5 Bedrooms: 4 up, 1 down. 4 1/2 Baths: 4 up, 1/2 down. Beds: Up-4 queens, 4 singles; Down-1 queen. No inside stairway. Internet access is wireless. Oceanfront covered porch. Sundeck. 2 Enclosed outside showers. Walkway to beach. Approximate square footage 1600. Private pool approximate dimensions 14 x 24 (heated 3/1-5/30 and 9/1-11/1 if air temp is not below 55F). Gas grill.

Overall

This was our 10th stay at Stephens and it just keeps getting better. Property is so well maintained with improvements and upgrades every year. We get excited each time we come to see what’s new. Perfect for our pup, and having a private pool is essential. This section of the beach is never crowded. It’s the perfect location.

'We have been using Dunes Realty about 15 years. Their employees have been consistly friendly and helpful. The few times we had a problem it has been promptly addressed. We have stayed at Stephens the past two years and have enjoyed the property! And so have have our kids and grand-kids!'
