One block to Bill Martin park with a baseball field, bocce court, and lovely walk over duck and turtle pond. This 2nd row vacation home has always offered lovely peek-a-boo views of the ocean from its 3rd floor deck. Private pool area includes gas and charcoal grills. There is also a shower by the pool to rinse off after a day on the beach. Large storage area is filled with chairs, floaties, games and grilling equipment for guests. No smoking and no pets are allowed. 2024 - Elevator available upon request. No elevator for 2025.

We have stayed at this property several times but it's been a few years. It apparently has new owners, a new name and numerous upgrades. The house is perfect for accommodating our family giving us a large gathering area in the kitchen/living room but providing private bedrooms for a moment of quiet if needed. The beach access is so convenient including the handicap just 2 short blocks away. The pool area with outdoor shower was so inviting at the end of a beach day. Thanks for sharing your slice of paradise with us! We've already re-upped for next year and can't wait (after I recover from this one). :)
