Southpointe Villas is located 2.4 miles south of the Garden City Pier in Georgetown County. This three story oceanfront complex offers units with either an ocean view or direct ocean front. Enjoy swimming in the oceanside pool, which is open Easter to November 1 or take a short walk to the beach to have some fun in the sand and surf. Complex amenities include coin-operated laundry onsite, a grilling area, and gated parking. There is no elevator at Southpointe Villas. Two parking permits are issued per condo unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.

'We have stayed in several different units in this complex. This was by far my favorite. It is very clean and updated. Really enjoyed the beachy decor. The way the deck was facing helped to shelter the hot afternoon sun and there was a great breeze and view. Would definitely stay in this unit again.'
