"On Sheppard Time" 4 Bedrooms: 3 up and 1 down. 4 Baths: 3 up and 1 down. Beds: 1 king and 3 queens up; 2 queens down. 42" flat screen TV in Living Area. One DVD is Blu-Ray. WIFI. Playstation. Covered porch. Sundeck. Private 12 x 19 foot pool, depth 3-5 feet. Pool is heated for extra $100 per week during 3/1-5/30 and 9/1-11/1 if air temp is not below 55F. Added pavers for expanded pool deck November 2017. 2 Outside showers. 2nd block back, approximately 150 yards to beach. Gas grill. Built 2003. Approximate square footage 2250. No smoking or pets allowed.

We all were very impressed with the cleanliness of On Sheppard's Time . The past 3 vacations in Surfside Beach, SC rentals were not up to par as they had been in years before. We decided to rent On Sheppard's Time instead of other rentals we used in the past and were very pleased. I met the man who cares for the pool and told him how satisfied we were with our choice and why. The beach is only a hop skip and jump away, about a block, and the private pool was wonderful ! We all agreed to plan our next get-away there if it's available when we are able to go. I would recommend this vacation home to anyone !

On Sheppard Time is a beautiful home and fun place to make vacation memories happen! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the prime location, quick access to the beach and restaurants. The pool is inviting to cool off in after a day at the beach. We had so much fun and we can’t wait to visit again!! The owners take excellent care of the home, makes you feel like home away from home. We highly recommend this house to anyone wanting a relaxing get away. TRUST ME, you will not want to leave.

On Sheppard’s Time was easily the best rental we have ever had! It was clean, comfortable and decorated nicely. Close walk to the beach. We loved the front porch to watch comings and goings. Would most definitely go there again!

'This house is amazing! The beach access was so close. Jumped in the gated pool every afternoon. Had a great meal at Sara J's off of Atlantic Ave. The River City Cafe , beach shops and ice cream shop were frequented by us and our kids. Safe, within walking distance. The house will hold many memories of laughter, porch sitting, singing, game playing , pool splashing, and sandy feet. Will come back annually!!'

'Beautiful beach home, very clean with fun coastal decor with lots of room for all your family & friends. The porches are great to have your coffee on in the morning and sip cocktails in the evening (or any other time of day!) The beach is a very short walk away along with some fun eateries and shops. It's great also to have a private pool as alternative to beach for a quick dip! I would highly recommend this house to anyone wanting a relaxing beach getaway.'
