Sea Shadow is located 3.1 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Surfside Beach. This four-story oceanfront complex has an elevator, making it easier to tote not only your luggage, but also your beach gear. Go for a swim in the oceanside outdoor pool, which is open Easter – October 31. Head over the beach walkway and search for souvenir shells, relax in the sun, or play in the surf. Sea Shadow also features built-in outdoor grills with a picnic area. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Motorcycles and trailers are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, golf carts, and pets are not permitted. TOWING IS STRICTLY ENFORCED!
'Nicely decorated and great views of the beach. Pool was nice too. Huge bed in the master bedroom, AC worked great. I only knocked one star off for the oven, which we used often, and which took FOREVER to heat up. Averaged about 15 minutes to heat up to 425 degrees. The stove also had a \"fast boil\" burner, which wasn't any faster than my old stove at home. The stove is new, so it's not like the owner's have neglected it, it's just not a very good piece of equipment for cooking something quickly.'
