The 302 owners have tried to make their unit a place all will enjoy. Flooring is carpet, waterproof laminate or luxury vinyl tile (no cold ceramic tile). The master bedroom bed is a king with a high quality memory foam mattress and the second bedroom has a queen bed with a standard twin trundle underneath. The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa and a recliner. The living room and bedrooms have cable and flat screen TVs. The internet was upgraded recently to provide improved speed and bandwidth. Windows include blinds and room darkening curtains for sleeping in late if desired (or needed). The kitchen is equipped with a wide array of appliances, dishes, pots and pans. The laundry includes a "Full" size front load HE washer and dryer.  Extra towel bars and hooks have been added to help dry items. The screened porch has large Adirondack chairs with built in cup holders along with tables. Being on third (top) floor there is no unit above and only one unit along side making for a quieter stay, too.  All attempts have been made to make Sea Oaks 302 a place to relax, feel at home and add to the enjoyment of being at the beach. New for 2021 the master bath got new flooring and the shower has been enlarged to a 34"x48" with both regular and hand held shower heads. For 2023, there are new kitchen cabinets and counter tops.

Sea Oaks is located 0.5 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Horry County. This three-story complex offers ocean view or direct ocean front units. Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Enjoy swimming in the outdoor oceanfront pool, which is open Easter/April 1 to October 1. The beach is steps away from the pool area, so pack your beach gear and have some fun in the sun, sand, and surf! For your convenience, there is an elevator at Sea Oaks. Dine in and barbeque at the outdoor grill area or go for a short drive to dine out at one of several local restaurants. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.
