We recently stayed at Sandy Shores II 113 July 6th-13th. The condo is wonderfully updated and everything is very comfortable. This is the first condo I have stayed at that actually had a great equipped kitchen. Here's the Pro's and Con's we found: Pro's: 1- Beautifully updated and comfortable 2- Just across from Beach Access 3- Best kitchen with accessories! 4- TV's work with great channels Con's 1- HOA facility- we found many of the owners that were there during our stay were not that great with people renting 2- The pool is small and no shade anywhere and while we were there it was not cleaned everyday. When we called about it everything had to go through the HOA. 3- Parking is tight! We had a minivan and it was just hard to park and move around4- Very small balcony to sit on and only one chair out there5- Quite hour from 11pm-7am no noise not even to do your laundry. We were ok with it except the people above us were so loud with running constantly it was unreal- they were running at 4am! When we called we were told that they were owners and there was nothing that could be done so I don't know if quite hour is for owners or not? I did give the place 5 stars because the condo is really nice and comfortable and the pro's really outweigh the few con's. Some of the con's are not the owners fault just the HOA.
