The unit overall is ok - needs updating, painting etc…. Upon arrival the unit was not well cleaned. Was advertised as fully furnished kitchen. However, I do not consider 2 pots to cook with as fully furnished. As a family of 6 it was difficult to prepare meals. Beds were comfortable, master bath was clean but no working exhaust fan. Dehumidifier was extremely loud in master bedroom closet (had to turn off to sleep). Great beach view.
