The house is about a 100 ft walk to the beach access. Enjoy the view of the ocean from the sundeck or sit on the back deck that overlooks the private pool. Relax around the pool while listening to your music with blue tooth speakers. Inside 8 flat screen smart TVs and Wi-Fi internet service. Ceiling fans are throughout the house. There is an extra living area ( sunroom ) open to main room. Approximate heated square footage 3200. Outside shower. Gas grill. No smoking or pets allowed.

Overall

Me and my family recently stayed at this house during our vacation and I can honestly say we was happily pleased with our time, the location is as close to perfect as you can get, a couple minutes walk time to the beach, maybe 10 minutes drive to all the souvenir shops and grocery stores, I would recommend this house to anybody who ask, the ladies at the office was so help the whole time, the pool speakers was awesome to use while swimming, 10/10

Overall

'Great Location. Only 50 yards away from the beach.. Pool was nice, Bluetooth speakers were a surprise by the pool. Realistically this place is not new, it was a house moved in sections from inland. The fridge malfunctioned on us and we lost some food but they did fix it. The owner decided to have workers come and do work in the middle of the week which was disturbing, but they left once we made a call. The rooms were nice in size and accommodating for all 3 families. The spiral staircase to go upstairs maybe hard for older folks that may want to rent this house out. Overall, I would stay here again.'
