This is our fourth year staying here. In that time, the entire place has been updated. New furniture throughout, brand new deck, flooring, tv's, etc. It's so nice to step out into the balcony and call my family in for dinner. We have young kids so my husband could text to say one of the kids are coming up to use the bathroom, and I can watch them run up from the beach and up to the condo with ease. Even during peak season, the beach in front of the condo has plenty of space. Close to parks, with a Food Lion and urgent care just a minute drive away. Close enough to Myrtle to visit places like the aquarium and Barefoot Landing, but also lots of local shopping and dining options.Lots of thrift and consignment shops nearby. I go every time we stay, and bring home lots of goodies. Very clean and comfortable stay.

'The unit itself is great. Plenty of space, clean, and updated. Great part of the beach. However, parking is atrocious. It is EXTREMELY limited, especially if the other units are occupied. It's a shame such a nice place has such lousy parking. We won't stay here again for this reason.'

'We have stayed there for the last several simmers, and we love it and will prbly stay again. However, I could not give 5 stars because of the parking. It is AWFUL! Spaces are too small and if you have a truck like we do, almost impossible to park.'

'This condo is beautiful. Yes, parking is limited, but it is disclosed in the description. They are not kidding when they say 1 space. But it is a normal parking spot. The unit is spacious and well equipped. it's location is perfect. We had a wonderful time.'
