Ocean front complex located 3 blocks south of the Surfside Pier. 50" plasma TV. Home is situated on a back lot within the complex, is closer to street and has limited view of ocean. Covered porch. Outside shower. Approximate square footage 2200. Community pool (approximate dimensions 28 x 17). Pool is open Easter/April 1st to October 1st.

Roomy family house in perfect location to view the ocean and easy access to the beach. Just steps away. Close to excellent restaurants and bars all within short walking distances. Great farmers market on Tuesdays in nearby park. It was quiet during our stay. Loved seeing all of the personal touches. Owner was very communicative and helpful and made sure all of our needs and wants were met. All the amenities you would need or want in a beach vacation were available. Mornings on the porch listening to the ocean and watching the waves with a cup of coffee was our favorite thing.
