Portofino I #1420 is an ocean front 4 bedroom home. It's located in Garden City Beach, SC about 1 mile from the pier, food, amusements and more! Accommodating 12, has 3 full baths, WIFI, washer/dryer, full kitchen, covered and screened porches and it's small dog friendly! Enjoy the beautifully landscaped grounds, wooded beach dune walkover and seasonally heated outdoor community pool! Sorry, no smoking allowed.

4 Bedrooms: 3 up and 1 down. 3 Baths: 2 up and 1 down. Beds: 1 king, 2 queens, 1 double, 1 set of bunks up; 1 king down.

Complex of 10 homes with community pool and landscaped common grounds. Front location in ocean front complex. Internet access is wireless. Covered porch. Approximate square footage 1800 square feet. The pool will be heated starting April 1 through the last Saturday in May. In the fall the pool will only be heated the month of October, when temperature falls below 80 degrees. Pool heat is not maintained by Dunes Realty and no refunds will be given should the heater fail.

Overall

The house had a great location in reference to the beach and pool with a nice view of the beach. 1800 square feet originally scared me since 12 people were staying there but it surprisingly just enough room. The house had up to date furniture and the beds were really comfortable. The layout was nice with baths for each bedroom except for the one that shared. The porches were used a lot and were big enough for everyone each night. The structure of the house needed some maintenance and the kitchen items were in not great shape and a mixed bag of items. The back door did not stay closed well. But the AC worked great. The table only had 5 chairs ( 12 people) luckily we brought folding chairs so we could all have dinner together. There is a Weber grill that was not mentioned in the description so no need to bring one. Bring your own beach chairs there were 3 there but not in great shape. Parking was really hard since we did not know how many cars we could bring. We were bringing a small boat but had to cancel that idea since the driveway only holds 3 cars comfortable and 4 if you are creative or have small cars. Overall, the house was great and we had a great family vacation and would stay here again. Dunes was very attentive to our needs during our stay.
