First floor has a living room with 42' HD flat screen TV, WIFI, 2 couches (one being a queen sleeper sofa), 2 reading chairs, game table/breakfast table, foyer, full bath, full kitchen, guest bedroom with a queen bed, dining area with a table for 8, 4 barstools at the kitchen counter, and a covered oceanfront porch with stair access down to the beach & pool. On the second floor, there's the large master bedroom with a king bed, private bath with a walk-in closet. The other 2 bedrooms are upstairs as well sharing a bath. A king bed in one and a captain's bunk and double bed in the other. Also there's washer & dryer, and a covered oceanfront porch shared between the 2 king bedrooms. Enjoy the large picnic table and a wooden swing under the carport as well as a cozy seating area. A small charcoal grill is also provided. The carport has steps to the first floor. No smoking or pets allowed.
