A Place At The Beach II is located 2 miles south of the Garden City Pier in Georgetown County. This three-story oceanfront complex offers units with either an ocean view or direct ocean front. For your convenience, this complex has an elevator and a coin-operated laundry onsite. There is also an outdoor pool (open Easter to November 1) and community grilling area. Motorcycles are allowed. Two parking permits are issued per condo unit. Sorry, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.

'Just returned from a WONDERFUL week at this condo. Lovely, bright, clean, cozy and nicely decorated. Enjoyed coffee and sea breezes every morning on the ocean view patio. Perfect for a couple or small family. Highly recommend this beautiful unit.'
