Located a couple of miles south of the Garden City Pier, this complex's amenities include a large swimming pool, elevator and laundry facilities. Delight the senses from unit 2I's second floor oceanfront balcony viewing sunrises, listening to waves and smelling the salty air! Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed.

A Place At The Beach II is located 2 miles south of the Garden City Pier in Georgetown County. This three-story oceanfront complex offers units with either an ocean view or direct ocean front. For your convenience, this complex has an elevator and a coin-operated laundry onsite. There is also an outdoor pool (open Easter to November 1) and community grilling area. Motorcycles are allowed. Two parking permits are issued per condo unit. Sorry, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.

'My family and I have been staying in Garden City Beach for years. This was the first time we stayed at A Place at the Beach II Unit 2I. We thoroughly enjoyed it. It is clean and cute. Yes it is a little small but once we unpacked everything was great. My only suggestion would be to put to single beds in the main bed room so no one has to sleep on the sleeper sofa. Other than that it was a perfect fit for our family. '
