Located a couple of miles south of the Garden City Pier, this complex's amenities include a large swimming pool, elevator and laundry facilities. Delight the senses from unit 2H's second floor oceanfront balcony viewing sunrises, listening to waves and smelling the salty air! Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed.

A Place At The Beach II is located 2 miles south of the Garden City Pier in Georgetown County. This three-story oceanfront complex offers units with either an ocean view or direct ocean front. For your convenience, this complex has an elevator and a coin-operated laundry onsite. There is also an outdoor pool (open Easter to November 1) and community grilling area. Motorcycles are allowed. Two parking permits are issued per condo unit. Sorry, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.

'Nice family place. Unit could use some freshing up, particularly the stand up shower , actual sofa (not 2love seats) and comifer beds. However great access to beach, pool and laundry. Did not dampen our stay. But there are owners in the building who enforce the rules at pool and beach.'
