Conveniently located to restaurants, public parks, and shopping. Go for a swim at the tri-plex’s outdoor community pool or pack your beach bags and go for a walk or short drive and have some fun in the sand and surf. Skim the beach for souvenir seashells or relax under the sun. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Motorcycles, trailers and golf carts are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, and pets are not permitted.
