Direct access to the ocean-side porch highlights first floor master suite and well-appointed private bath. Two more bedrooms, one with ocean-side double door porch access, and a shared, double sink, granite counter and glass enclosed shower complete the first floor.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two with full access to the sun porch. The second floor master suite includes a spacious bathroom with double sinks, granite counter and a glass enclosed shower. There is another large bedroom with twin beds also opening onto the sunporch. There is a huge adjoining bath with two sinks, a tub/rain shower combination, and an enclosed toilet area. Kids will love their own bedroom featuring two sets of bunk beds. A cozy bonus room tucked under the eaves is perfect for kids’ play space or a secluded office area and has a love seat with a comfortable fold out twin bed. Other amenities include four more smart enabled HDTVs, baby equipment (Pack ‘N Play crib, highchair, stroller).
