Maritime Place A4 is an ocean front first floor condominium with direct beach access! Enjoy your morning coffee and watch the sun come up sitting on your private balcony. Then walk right down to the pool deck area and the beach without having to go the long way. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath property accommodates 6 with 1 king bed, 2 single beds and a sleeper sofa. Enjoy the ocean side pool (open Easter to mid October), hot water spa (closed Nov 1 - Mar 1) and building wide WIFI. The building is only 0.3 mile north of the Garden City Pier. Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed.

Maritime Place is located 0.3 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Horry County. This complex offers both oceanfront and ocean view units. The oceanfront units have direct beach access from their balconies. There is no elevator at Maritime Place. From Easter – mid-October, go for a swim in the outdoor oceanside pool or relax in the outdoor hot tub. Hot tub is closed November 1 – March 1. Stay connected with Maritime Place’s complimentary Wi-Fi. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.

'We had a great week August 3 - 10 at Maritime Place. We were in Unit A4 and it was really nice. It's decorated nicely, has 3 flat screen TVs, plenty of pans, dishes and other kitchen needs. We spent a lot of evenings sitting on the deck because the weather was beautiful. We stayed in this Unit several times between 1985 and 2000 and it's still as nice and comfortable as it ever was. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!'
