The upper level boasts a large living space, 2 dining areas, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms - all with King beds. Downstairs (no inside stairway) you will find 2 Queen bedrooms connected via a Jack & Jill bathroom. Kick's Kids high end finishes and plush furniture create the perfect landing spot after a long day enjoying the salt and sun!

After tying your boat up to the private floating dock, take a dip in your private pool! Once you're water-logged for the day then you can enjoy the putting green, firepit, or catch an ocean view from the front porch! You will also find two separate enclosed outdoor showers and a laundry room on the lower level. The white sand of Garden City Beach is an easy 3 minute walk via a beach access located across the street. Kick's Kids is ready to create all new wonderful memories for you and your family! Sorry, no smoking and no pets allowed, and boat lift is not available for use by guests.
