The pool can be heated 3/1-5/30 and 9/1-11/1 if air temp is not below 55F. The adjoining creek front lot, with deep water access and additional parking, is just the cherry on top! All of these spectacular amenities are a few short steps away from the white sand of Garden City Beach!
Jonesin' By The Beach is located in the heart of the South Strand, on the narrow peninsula of Garden City Beach. The east coast of the peninsula is lined with pristine white beaches and spectacular sunrises, while looking west provides an opportunity to view a beautiful sunset over the inlet. The Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, superb area golf courses, and Brookgreen Gardens are just a few destinations that can be found within 10 -15 minutes. The culinary delights of Pawleys Island, and the family-fun attractions of Myrtle Beach are each a quick 30 minute drive. L shaped pool is 24' x 10' in one section, and 17' x 11' in the other. The maid service includes the linen package with luxury Cariloha Resort Bamboo sheets, upgraded plush towels, and every bed offers Sleepgram pillows on every reservation. Sorry, NO SMOKING. NO PETS.

When booking a beach house for vacation I always look at the reviews to help me decide if I want to book it. I couldn't find any reviews on this house. All of the pictures online of the house and outside looked beautiful so I decided to take a chance and book it anyway. I am so glad I did. The house and outside area was even prettier in person. The decor in the house was beautiful. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. The heavy and plush towels were the best we have ever had at any rental. Each grandchild had their own room and bathroom and they loved that. They claimed the sunroom right away and spent most of their time in there when we were inside. We LOVED the firepit and hot tub. It was a little chilly the week we came so both of them got used every night! Most rentals charge you extra to heat the pool and this house didn't so that was a huge perk. The elevator was an added bonus and came in very handy with groceries and our luggage. The house is very updated technology wise. The blinds worked by remote and when the blinds were raised you had beautiful views! There were so many positives about the house but we did have a few issues while we were there. Dunes Realty was quick to take care of the issues. Keith came out and he was very knowledgeable and very friendly. There are three TVs in the living room that all work together. There were numerous times they wouldn't sync up and come on. There were numerous times that we were watching tv or playing games and the TVs would shut off. The remote wouldn't allow you to change the volume so if there were a lot of us in there it was hard to hear the tv and the games. The microwave didn't work at times. You had to make sure you pushed the door really hard or hold the door to get it to rotate and heat up. We didn't call about the TV or microwave since we had already called several times before about other issues. We probably should have. When we first used the hot tub it wasn't getting hot. We had to call them twice about that. In the end it was just about us knowing what buttons to push. The locks didn't work when we were trying to leave for dinner one night so we had to have them come out for that as well. They responded immediately. I would highly suggest leaving instructions on how to use the TV and the hot tub. That would be very helpful and may save some calls to the realty company. One other suggestion would be to give renters access to more regular TV channels. I do realize that the younger generation streams most things but the older folks may prefer to watch regular channels. There were several football games on that we didn't have access too because it said you have to have a subscription to some basic channels, ESPN and NFL. The avid football fans weren't happy about that. Overall it was an amazing week at Jones'n at the Beach and it is a week we will never forget.
