Wonderful layout of home. Comfortable beds. Well-stocked kitchen. Loved the linens. The elevator was a great feature for loading and unloading and handicap use. Love we stayed together.

The house & all of the décor is beautiful. All of the beds were very comfortable. We had everything we could possibly need to cook meals in the kitchen. The elevator sure came in handy. We spent most of our time at the beach house. The nights were a little chilly, so we spent a lot of time around the fire pit in the hot tub. The grandkids claimed to see mermaids & spent a lot of time in there. We saw several dolphins. Our family had an amazing week here!

We’ve rented houses in Ontario, Halton Hills, Myrtle Beach, Florida, etc., and this is by far one of the nicest ones for sure! Well-stocked kitchen, family games, puzzles, plush towels, comfortable beds, and some boards/games, and furniture was great! Close to food/mini golf/etc. We enjoyed the balconies, walks on the beach every morning, enjoyed each other’s company over meals. Looking forward to coming back for sure!

We have been coming to SC for 30 years and this was one of our most spacious and favorite houses!We had a great time at the beach and pool, we made s’mores by the fire, we walked down to the point and saw starfish, and overall had a fantastic time. We loved going to Broadway at the Beach, Hot Fish Club, and Dead Dog Saloon! Thanks for a stay to remember

A beautiful house to stay in and the closest to the beach we’ve ever been. We had some minor issues with electronics and sink fittings, but the maintenance man Keith was amazing and extremely kind & helpful to us. We saw a starfish, shark, and jellyfish. We saw the rescue in action along and a NYE player, Rob Gronkowski, staying in a house down the street. We had many campfires and made s’mores. THANK YOU!!

Beautiful house with plenty of room for our huge family. We enjoyed every minute! We will definitely be back and possibly like to own a place like this! We enjoyed long days at the beach, admired the 4th of July fireworks along the coast, hung out in the pool/hot tub with the kiddos, and had the best time in Murrells Inlet! The neighbors caught a baby shark!! We enjoyed going to Captain George’s – all you can eat buffet – yum! Gulf Stream Café – great view. Scotty’s, Harrelson’s, Sara J’s – amazing seafood and the Garden City Pier – fun for the kids and adults! Broadway at the Beach – fun for everyone so much! We’ve coming to the area every year for the last 30 years except during COVID. Usually rent the same house, but this year and so glad we made the change. The little ones enjoyed the beach, the pool, and the comfort of the house. The kitchen is very well equipped with the kitchen gadgets and cookware we needed. We didn’t go out much but we cooked our meals. Didn’t miss anything. Everything we could possibly need was there! We liked that the house was well organized and everything was labeled. It is very good for a large family and has room for everyone. The house is also very well taken care of and very clean. We have been coming to the beach for at least 35 years and this was the best home we have rented. Thank you!

We loved spending time at the beach and the pool, especially with the children. Family dinners together most nights, watching the moonrise, and looking for shells! This is such a beautiful home—you’ve made it thoughtful, comfortable, relaxing, and everything we could ask for. From the beach, evenings on the back porch, the weather was AMAZING! We ate out maybe 3 times. Spent way too much $$. What a house! Loved the deck right at the sand dunes. Spent lots of time in the hot tub. The two refrigerators were awesome for so many. The kitchen was exceptionally stocked. 3 TVs in LR was such a nice touch. The decor was lovely. Places we loved to eat at were: Pawley’s Island Hammock Shops, Eggs Up, The Original Hammock Shop + the praline fudge — OMG, yum. We will be back.

Life moves so quickly; time spent with my three children and grandchildren is priceless without comparison. Being with my family in the midst of God’s creation is my delight. Priceless moments of travel. Loved the view from my room, watching people walking and finding peace in the distance. Listening to the sounds of my family sharing this treasured time also makes the heart smile

The first thing that caught our eyes was how clean and well-decorated the house was. It is absolutely beautiful! The rooms are amazing, and the view is to die for. Keep up the good work! BLESS YOUR SOUL!!

The sunroom is my favorite room in the house. Loved watching the ocean and hearing the waves. The girls used the hot tub every day and hooked their phones to the Bluetooth speakers out there. By far the best beach house EVER! We will never stay anywhere else and we can’t wait to return

We had an amazing stay at the beautiful beach house! The house comfortably fit our large family and we loved having so much room in the living spaces to spend time together . We loved having 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashwers. We enjoyed coffee on the porch and saw dolphins swimming. Kid friendly and safe! We will be back for years to come. ❤️

When booking a beach house for vacation I always look at the reviews to help me decide if I want to book it. I couldn't find any reviews on this house. All of the pictures online of the house and outside looked beautiful so I decided to take a chance and book it anyway. I am so glad I did. The house and outside area was even prettier in person. The decor in the house was beautiful. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. The heavy and plush towels were the best we have ever had at any rental. Each grandchild had their own room and bathroom and they loved that. They claimed the sunroom right away and spent most of their time in there when we were inside. We LOVED the firepit and hot tub. It was a little chilly the week we came so both of them got used every night! Most rentals charge you extra to heat the pool and this house didn't so that was a huge perk. The elevator was an added bonus and came in very handy with groceries and our luggage. The house is very updated technology wise. The blinds worked by remote and when the blinds were raised you had beautiful views! There were so many positives about the house but we did have a few issues while we were there. Dunes Realty was quick to take care of the issues. Keith came out and he was very knowledgeable and very friendly. There are three TVs in the living room that all work together. There were numerous times they wouldn't sync up and come on. There were numerous times that we were watching tv or playing games and the TVs would shut off. The remote wouldn't allow you to change the volume so if there were a lot of us in there it was hard to hear the tv and the games. The microwave didn't work at times. You had to make sure you pushed the door really hard or hold the door to get it to rotate and heat up. We didn't call about the TV or microwave since we had already called several times before about other issues. We probably should have. When we first used the hot tub it wasn't getting hot. We had to call them twice about that. In the end it was just about us knowing what buttons to push. The locks didn't work when we were trying to leave for dinner one night so we had to have them come out for that as well. They responded immediately. I would highly suggest leaving instructions on how to use the TV and the hot tub. That would be very helpful and may save some calls to the realty company. One other suggestion would be to give renters access to more regular TV channels. I do realize that the younger generation streams most things but the older folks may prefer to watch regular channels. There were several football games on that we didn't have access too because it said you have to have a subscription to some basic channels, ESPN and NFL. The avid football fans weren't happy about that. Overall it was an amazing week at Jones'n at the Beach and it is a week we will never forget.
