One bedroom with Queen bed, sleeper sofa bed, one bath, 2 ceiling fans, and a balcony with comfortable chairs and table for outdoor relaxing and dining. Stay connected with complimentary WIFI. Convenient, private ground level storage unit for all your beach supplies so no need to carry to the unit! For convenience, a coin-operated laundry is provided on site. Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed.

Garden City Guest House is located 0.1 miles south of the Garden City Pier in Horry County. This three story complex is located one block from the beach. You will enjoy the convenience of being centrally located to several activities and eateries without having to get in the car and drive. Take a short walk over to Atlantic Avenue and you will find world-famous Sam’s Corner for a hot dog, a two-story arcade, ice cream shop, pizzeria, shops, and much more! For your convenience, Guest House has coin-operated laundry on site and an elevator. From Easter to November 1, go for a swim in the outdoor pool or relax in the outdoor hot tub. Grab your beach chairs and go for a short walk to the beach and take in the sights and sounds of the ocean and the pier. Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, golf carts, trailers, and pets are not permitted.

This is a cute apartment. we enjoyed sitting on the balcony, the short walk to the beach and the convenience of the stores, restaurants and shops we could walk to. The pier was cool, with entertainment at both ends every night! Only disappointment was we had to buy beach chairs then leave them there because we were flying. I hope the next guests were able to use them!!

'WE love the location of this condo. Great location in the heart of Garden City. steps to dining and entertainment. the pier is right there and great for views and entertainment /live music. great family location. steps to the beach with easy beach access. great view from the balcony too of beach and sound waters. no need to drive anywhere once here. only place we ever drive to is a few short miles to Merrells inlet which has great food and music as well! plenty to do and awesome uncrowded beach with the pier right there. condo has great beach decor and very relaxing. the pool and hot tub are very clean and comfy bed! Staff is very friendly at the condo as well and well maintained!'

'Dunes Realty is number 1. They always have our room ready. 207 is a small unit , but great for 2 people. It's nice being in the town and so close to everything. This is one of my favorite places to stay. '
