Garden Sands is located 0.1 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Horry County. Situated across the street from the beach, this three-story complex offers affordability. Enjoy swimming in the outdoor pool (open Easter to November 1) or pack your beach bag and walk across the street to feel the sand beneath your feet. Only a short walk on the beach and you will be at the pier where the family can enjoy fishing, live music during the summer, arcade games, and much more! There is no elevator at Garden Sands. For your convenience, there is coin-operated laundry onsite. One parking permit is issued per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.

Overall

The unit was nice for the price. Only complaint was an overly obnoxious fellow guest (or owner said was on some type of board for the complex) while at the pool she insisted on taking pictures of the chair I was sitting in…then also proceeded to call a tow truck for our car because the permit was not visible. She was totally over the top
