If you like value and convenience, then Duneside III is your vacation destination for Garden City Beach. Located next door to the pier, you're just a stroll away from amusements, food and beverage, sundries and more! Enjoy sunrises from your private oceanfront balcony in #307 or watch the action at the pool. This third floor one bedroom (queen bed) condominium offers a kitchen/living/dining combo area. There is also a built-in single bed in the nook area off the hallway, accommodating a total of 3.

Duneside III is located immediately south of the Garden City Pier in Horry County. This three-story ocean front complex has private balconies directly overlooking the oceanfront pool. Pool furniture is not provided, so be sure to bring or rent beach chairs to lounge by the pool, which is open from Easter – November 1. Grab your beach chairs and head to the beach, which is just steps away and feel the sand under your feet. For your convenience, there is a coin-operated laundry on site (located ground level, south end, between parking and pool). Enjoy the unique convenience of being centrally located to several activities and eateries without having to get in the car and drive. Walk next door to the pier and enjoy listening to live music during the summer, singing karaoke, or grab your fishing rods and go pier fishing. Walk across the street to the world-famous Sam’s Corner for a hot dog and then head to the arcade or get an ice cream cone and go visit the little shops right on Atlantic Avenue. There is no elevator at Duneside III. One parking permit is issued per unit and vehicles not displaying a parking pass will be towed. Motorcycles are allowed, however, only one motorcycle is allowed in the parking space. Sorry, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.

We love this condo. Perfect for 2 people. Beautiful updates. Convenient to food and shopping. Enjoy the pier close by. Very peaceful place. We love it here

Condo in a great place. View wonderful. Enjoyed the balcony very much. Fireworks and music from the pier nightly. The condo is small but great for 2 adults and we also had 2 small children. Parking is a sparse and we had a difficult time finding a space quite often. Being on the third floor was not so great especially with the kids. Walking up 3 flights of stairs is quite tiring but we learned to limit our comings and goings. All in all I would recommend this condo especially for location and view

'Great little condo for two people, it would be cramped with more than two adults. The balcony was my favorite part, we spent a lot of time sitting out people watching, watching fireworks at night and you could hear the band on the pier in the evenings which was nice. It could use some TLC and updating, nothing major, but repairing the blinds, giving it a good deep clean (specifically carpets & vents) and just some minor maintenance. The biggest complaint we had was the parking. It is VERY limited and almost impossible for full size pick up trucks/SUVs). Numerous times we had to park down the street because all spots were full. Also, not having an elevator and staying on the third floor proved more difficult than I thought it would be, mainly when we first arrived and unloaded and were leaving and taking suitcases and coolers back down. It is a good price for the location, right next to the pier, Sam's Corner right across the street, ocean front balcony and swimming pool. Would recommend if you don't mind three full flights of steps and drive a smaller vehicle.'
