This second floor one bedroom (queen bed) condominium offers a kitchen/living/dining combo area with a sleeper sofa.

Duneside III is located immediately south of the Garden City Pier in Horry County. This three-story ocean front complex has private balconies directly overlooking the oceanfront pool. Pool furniture is not provided, so be sure to bring or rent beach chairs to lounge by the pool, which is open from Easter – November 1. Grab your beach chairs and head to the beach, which is just steps away and feel the sand under your feet. For your convenience, there is a coin-operated laundry on site (located ground level, south end, between parking and pool). Enjoy the unique convenience of being centrally located to several activities and eateries without having to get in the car and drive. Walk next door to the pier and enjoy listening to live music during the summer, singing karaoke, or grab your fishing rods and go pier fishing. Walk across the street to the world-famous Sam’s Corner for a hot dog and then head to the arcade or get an ice cream cone and go visit the little shops right on Atlantic Avenue. There is no elevator at Duneside III. One parking permit is issued per unit and vehicles not displaying a parking pass will be towed. Motorcycles are allowed, however, only one motorcycle is allowed in the parking space. Sorry, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.
