Duneside I is located 0.5 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Horry County. This three-story complex offers units with either an ocean view or direct ocean front. While there is no pool at this complex, you do have year-round access to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and the sandy beaches of Garden City. Take a leisurely stroll down the beach or hop in the car for quick drive and head to the pier where the whole family is sure to find something they enjoy. The pier offers a variety of activities whether it is playing in the arcade, listening to live music during the summer, singing karaoke, or grabbing a bite from The Café Deck, to pier fishing, or taking in the beautiful scenic views of the Atlantic Ocean. There is no elevator at Duneside I and 202 is on the second floor. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Sorry, recreational vehicles, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.

This unit could really use a little TLC. It is in need of a deep cleaning and some touch up paint as well as pest control. On the bright side, it had enough room for our group, a washer and dryer and it is in a wonderful location.
