This home is a great vacation choice, and is also available as a winter rental retreat.

'Dad�s Legacy is a very nice house (this is our second time staying there) - very roomy - elevator is very nice for unloading/loading, even if it is not needed for wheel chair etc. The pool is relatively small - but adequate - house was clean for a \"end of season stay\". There are some maintenance items like touch up painting etc., that need to be done. We do think that a better variety of pots and pans are needed - some may have been taken over the years. There was a good gas grill that was available that worked well - it must have been purchased in 2013. <br />
I recommend this house.<br />

'We had a party of seven and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house itself was great and clean. I was extremely impressed with the water pressure in the shower. It was nothing less than amazing. The furniture was a little dated but still appropriate for the beach. The location was great. The pool was a little small but still good. We definitely will be returning. The elevator was the best one I've ever seen in a beach house although we only used it for hauling heavy luggage and groceries up. We had one air conditioning issue and when we called the office, it was handled promptly. '

'This is a lovely, spacious home - well stocked. The elevator is a major plus, as well as the handicap-accessible bathroom. The living room furniture needs to be replaced. It is stained, as well as the rug in front of it. The house smelled clean, but blinds were dusty as if they had not been touched this year. Dunes employees were kind enough to bring covers for the furniture, but they balled up under you as soon as you sat down on them and constantly had to be straightened. The furniture has seen a lot of traffic and sinks down when you sit on it. My husband and I have back and leg problems, so it was necessary to have assistance getting up because the seats sunk so low. It would be nice to have a couple of comfortable recliners since this is otherwise a nice retreat for people with disabilities. Also, the beds would be more comfortable with mattress toppers. I hope you will take this as constructive criticism in an effort to make your beautiful home the best retreat ever. Thank you again for allowing us to use your home with our family. We had a great time. '
