A second row Garden City Beach vacation rental for family and friends! Come on Down is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath, lower-level unit just 3 blocks south of the pier and 250 feet to public beach access.  There's sleeping accommodations for 12 and a heated pool. This home is small dog friendly!  The owners occupy the top level; you will not share with other renters.

Lower level. WIFI and cable TV. The 15' x 25' semi-private pool is heated if air temp is not below 55F. Enclosed outside shower.(Great for changing if you arrive early and want to enjoy the pool or beach.)Front and back covered porches. Approximate square footage 1400. New flooring throughout in 2023, and updated furnishings. Ceiling fans in all rooms, high chair and booster seat. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator with ice-maker, microwave, coffee maker and Keurig.

Parking for 4 to five vehicles. Gas Weber grill, and outdoor seating in the covered carport which is great for rainy day cornhole, chalk art, etc.

*Dog Friendly Home - Fee & Waiver Required for all reservations that include a dog.

'I stayed here two years in a row and really enjoyed my stay. It was clean, very close to the beach and the pool was great. Also, really liked the Garden City area and this rental is around the corner from the grocery store, etc. Although there is technically lots of room, the bed configuration was a little off for three families. It would be perfect if the rooms with the double and single had two queens or even a king. Also, wish the family room furniture was a little more comfortable. Other than that, would definitely recommend!'
