Captain's Walk I, all oceanfront, in Garden City Beach with a pool. Just a short walk to the pier, arcade, sundries and more! C3 is a third floor 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath condo that accommodates 8 with 2 king beds, a Captains bunk and a sleeper sofa. Enjoy your morning coffee, watch the sun come up or your family in the pool from the convenience of your private balcony. Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed.

Captain’s Walk I is located 0.3 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Horry County. This three-story complex offers all direct ocean front units. Enjoy the convenience of being within walking distance to the pier, which offers an arcade, live music during the summer, karaoke, food and drinks, fishing, and beautiful scenic views of the Atlantic Ocean. This complex features an oceanside outdoor pool that is open Easter to November 1. Take a short walk from the pool area and you are right on the beach! There is no elevator at Captain’s Walk I. Two parking permits are issued per condo unit. Sorry, recreational vehicles, motorcycles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not allowed.

'This is a great unit - right on the beach. Has almost everything you would need for a week's vacation. My only suggestion would be to install some kind of shelving unit in the master bathroom, perhaps over the toilet? There is no place for toiletries or cosmetics. Otherwise, it is a perfect spot to relax.'

'We have vacationed at this condo for the better part of 10 years. We are sad that we have had to cancel this year's trip but we will be back next year again! We love this condo and feel like its our home away from home. Excited to see the changes the new owners have made, but we will miss the old owners too. Until 2020! ♥'
