Overall

'The location was great--beach easily accessible, very pet friendly, quiet, great for walking to pier and little shops. However, the floor plan shown and the furnishings are not current; the outside enclosed shower is not fully enclosed and not in the location shown, the furniture and arrangement is completely different (the downstairs bedroom now has a bed (?) and a couch, making it difficult to walk around down there. Had difficulty with the air conditioning ( the fan blower); however the realty company did send some one out and the problem was temporarily repaired. This could be a \"great\" rental with a little work--the main room upstairs is cluttered because of furniture size, etc. Enjoyed the view from the sun room upstairs. The spiral stairs are difficult to unless you are very young and agile.'

Overall

' We were here last year with our old dog and it was perfect for him. He loved the fenced in backyard area and liked to walk the deck in the evenings. We lost him this past June so are here without a dog this year. Sad and happy memories here for us. We are grateful to have found a nice affordable dog friendly beach home. We would not have had a vacation the past couple of years if we couldn't bring our old sweet dog. We love Garden City and there are not many dog friendly options. It is comfortable and we especially love the sun room with a view of the ocean. Thank you to the dog loving owners for sharing their cozy cabin.'

'We had a very comfortable vacation at Breeze Way last week. There are not many affordable options for a family of 4 in Garden City, especially dog friendly options. We do not need a huge place with lots of bedrooms. This is the perfect place for us: affordable, very dog friendly, comfortable, views of the ocean and inlet, and the beautiful beach a walk across the street. It was so nice to be able to let our dog out a back door, through a secure deck, and right to the clean and well maintained dog run in the side yard. The new kitchen and bathroom floors were very much appreciated. The sunroom is such a cozy place to rest after a long day at the beach and the view is beautiful. We are so grateful to the owners for sharing their dog friendly cabin. This was our 3rd year here and we hope to come again next year.'

'Nice, comfortable house. Sunroom on front is wonderful, but blinds would help keep it cooler and provide more privacy. Would rent this property again!'
