Our family rents this house every year and it's perfect for us! We have plenty of space for two families with small children plus grandparents. My favorite feature of this house is the screened in porch! I spent every morning sitting in the rocking chair with my coffee while my kids played in the sand at the bottom of the steps. There is a huge fan on the porch as well, so even on the hottest days it stays nice and cool. As far as the reviews about outlets - the owners have added more, so that's thankfully no longer an issue. Our only complaint was that the cable TV was a little difficult to figure out, but who needs TV at the beach anyway?? We love the charm of this classic style beach house and can't wait to go back this summer!

This is our second time staying at this house and it works perfectly for our family of 5. Everyone gets their own room and you can’t beat staying directly on the beach! Beautiful view and an awesome back porch to relax in rockers and watch the ocean. Tv’s have chrome cast so that’s very convenient for night time. While you’re in town, I recommend the parasailing at extreme water sports. They’ll even ride past the house!

'We had a great vacation with 4 adults and 5 teenagers. Being directly on the beach was great and the view is beautiful. The kitchen was adequately stocked and we could fit everyone around the table. Would recommend this house. A few downsides would be that the beds were not comfortable and ours sank in the middle. There are very few electrical outlets with none in the bathrooms which was inconvenient when trying to dry your hair. The cinder blocks in the edge of the dunes also take away from the natural beauty of the view from the house. The check in process was frustrating, we arrived early but was told there was a “hold” until 4. The house was ready but we had to wait to get in, no explanation.'
