Spend your mornings enjoying sunrise on the back deck and your evenings relaxing, rocking and enjoying the coastal breezes on the covered porch. After a day on the beach there's an enclosed outside shower to wash off the sand. A park style charcoal grill is there for all the grill masters. Covered parking. Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed.

Covered porch and sundeck. Enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water. Charcoal grill. Approximately 1800 square feet. One block from beach. WIFI. No pets allowed.

'This is a well-stocked, beautifully kept home. It's far enough from the beach to yield a quiet vacation, year-round; but close enough to the ocean to allow your family to be on the sand in a few minutes. My wife and I wintered here and have already rented it for next year. Wonderful location, well-stocked, comfortable ... What more could you want?! You won't be sorry renting this house for yourself and/or your family!'
