The Beach House condominium complex is located on the ocean just a half mile north of the Garden City Pier. #101 accommodates 6 with 1 queen, 2 twins and a sleeper sofa (futon). First floor so only a few steps with a view of the pool and ocean from your balcony. 52" TV in the living area. Great pool and deck area with furniture. No smoking or pets allowed.  Stack laundry unit located in bedroom hallway. 

Beach House is located 0.4 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Horry County. This three-story oceanfront complex offers units with not only direct ocean front views, but units with side ocean views and pool views. Enjoy an oceanside outdoor pool that is open from Easter – October 1. Soak up the sun on the complex’s sundeck or step right down to the sandy beach and enjoy the Atlantic Ocean. Unit amenities vary and for your convenience, there is a coin-operated laundry facility on site. There is no elevator at Beach House. Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, golf carts, boats, trailers, and pets are not permitted.

We have stayed at the Beach House for over 12 years and have stayed in several different condos. This is by far the nicest one we’ve stayed in! Love the decor, very modern. The kitchen is great and very well stocked! The master bedroom is very comfortable. Loved having breakfast and lunch on the balcony with the view of the pool and ocean! Amazing beach condo!

This was our 4th year at the Beach House and 2nd year in unit 101. We loved this unit. Very clean. Updated. Kitchen well stocked. Bed was very comfortable. Ocean view from balcony. Perfect location :). Owners are very accommodating! Definitely plan to return next year.
