You’ll enjoy an outdoor pool AND an indoor pool and hot tub, the latter two of which are open all year long. The living room has a wall mounted large screen television and a sofabed. Flat screen televisions are available in the primary and double plus single bedrooms. The third bedroom features a queen bed and this unit will comfortably sleep 10 with the additional rollaway bed (located in bedroom 2 closet). Also available for winter rentals, or partial weeks!

Atalaya Towers is located 0.5 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Horry County. This 16-story complex offers a resort feel with a security locked lobby entrance, elevators, complimentary wireless internet, and vending machines. Take in the ocean sounds from a lounge chair on the expansive sundeck. If you want to feel the sand underneath your toes, you are only steps away from the beach. Memorial Day to Labor Day enjoy swimming in the street side outdoor pool. Rainy days or in the off-season, still want to go swimming? Atalaya Towers offers an indoor pool, which is heated from mid-October to mid-April. There is also an indoor hot tub, so come on down and relax. Two parking permits are issued per unit (one pass is for onsite parking, the second pass is for parking located across the street). Motorcycles and trailers are allowed, however, they must be parked in the lot across the street. Sorry, recreational vehicles, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.

'Unit 303 is tastefully decorated and is very well maintained. It has a well-equipped kitchen with nice appliances. The beds are comfortable and everything is very clean. The oceanfront view is amazing. We would stay here again.'
