Thank you for choosing Dunes Realty Vacation Rentals, and we can't wait to see you at the beach next year! Because our homeowners haven't yet approved rates for next year, we're happy to book a Tentative Reservation at this time that will hold your spot until those rates are set.
Tentative Reservations in the following year are accepted up to one year in advance, with this year's guest having the first option. A deposit is required ($100/week on most houses or $50/week on most condos, with a higher rate on some properties as disclosed in the property description,) and while this deposit will be applied to your rent, it cannot be transferred or refunded unless the requested property becomes unavailable.
Tentative Reservations are not guaranteed, and are accepted with the understanding that the rate is subject to change and that the property owner has the first choice of any week. Should your property become unavailable, your deposit will be refunded or can be transferred. You will receive a deposit request when our new rates are released in November, and will have until January 15 to confirm your reservation with a full deposit (equal to 50% of the base rental amount.)
