Private pool (heated 3/1-5/30 and 9/1-11/1 if air temp is not below 55F). Approximate square footage 5460. Walkway to beach. Elevator to first and second floors. 2 ocean front master bedrooms. No smoking or pets allowed. 2 refrigerators and 2 washer/dryers.
This property has a security camera installed by the owner on the alarm panel and is only active when code is entered. It is inactive during the rental season.

Traveling and staying with 18 people, I was concerned about not having privacy and quiet. This house gives you both of those features. The kitchen and family room are large allowing everyone to spread out. We worked puzzles the entire trip and enjoyed the patio, pool and hot tub. Usually we eat out, but no one wanted to leave after coming off the beach. The second floor multi-purpose room was great too. The kids enjoyed the pool table and loved the bunking room. If I return to the Myrtle Beach area, I would without question rent Beach.calm again!'

The design of the home is wonderful and the consideration to materials, finishes and furniture just outstanding. The photos really do not do justice to the spaciousness of the house. With every accessory one could image, Beach.calm delivered everything needed for a fabulous time. The kids LOVED their penthouse suite. The beach is always great, and it should be noted that there are now three loggerhead turtle nests nearby. Whoever is renting at the end of the summer may get a real treat and see the baby turtles hatching and making their way to the ocean. '
