A great place to spend some time. Clean atmosphere with fresh updates. We stayed with our 4 children, parents, sister and her 2 kids. It was the perfect layout to accommodate the three separate families. We stayed in the rooms with the conjoined bathroom which was great for our small children to access our room and for us to access them. Every room had their own television, and the internet was wonderful. The pool was clean and quite warm it was a hit with all 6 kids. When the kids weren’t in the pool, we were on the beach which was not crowded at all. The kitchen had everything we needed for the week and then some. Our group enjoyed mornings and evenings on the covered porch which had comfortable tall chairs so there was an unobstructed view of the beach. Surfside Beach is beautiful, well maintained and quiet which is great for families.

Sunkist is a very relaxing beach house. Never stayed before but it looks like many updates have been done. Fresh paint that gives off the real feel of the beach. Some of the appliances look brand new. Kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc.Love the easy access to the beachWill definitely stay there again, would recommend this to family and friends

Super great location. Nice house, heated pool is amazing. The downside to this house is that you are paying top dollar and it has been lacking maintenance. The light mention in another review is still broken. The fence had several panels down. The vents and ceiling are dirty. A couple of sockets are broken. The pool filters do not appear to be working, but someone does service the pool 3 times a week. One of the steps down from the deck has badly cracked wood that could hurt. The gate to the beach and deck are long gone. There are rusty screws up on the small brigde to the beach. The back yard has not been maintained etc.We would love to return to the house, but coming back and finding nothing has changed and paying top dollar would likely not make us happy. It is clear many of the issues have been there for some time. One to 2 weeks of work and a small amount could fix this place up nice again.

'A very nice house...couple of small things...curtain broke in king room , several light bulbs out (laundry room, double room upstairs had no lights that worked I changed one, flood lights) chair broke...just needs some detail attention...but pool and hot tub were great...nice and close to the beach... deck and deck furniture were great...close to Murrells Inlet and a quick street over to 17....all in all a great stay and will probably book again next year!'
