Surfwatch II is located 1.8 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Surfside Beach. This four-story complex offers oceanfront units to take in all the sights and sounds of life at the beach. Enjoy watching the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean from your private balcony. There is also an elevator at Surfwatch II to help tote your luggage and beach items. Go for a swim in the oceanside outdoor pool (open Easter/April 1 to October 31) or take a short walk to the beach and feel the sand beneath your feet. Dine in and barbeque at the complex grilling area or dine out at one of several local restaurants. Two parking permits are issued per condo unit. There is some covered parking with a clearance of 7’1”. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, trailers, recreational vehicles, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.
My daughter, sister in law and I just returned from Surfwatch Ii 402. The condo was very nice. All 3 beds were very comfortable. Because we were on the top floor, the balcony was longer and we enjoyed that. The kitchen area was small compared to a 2 bedroom that we stayed in. The condo can sleep 6 or 8 using the sofa bed. The living room/kitchen area may be very crowded if that many people were in it. The lock on the front door stuck and Dunes sent maintenance within an hour after calling them. . We love the area and would look for this condo in the future.
