Surfwatch II is located 1.8 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Surfside Beach, and .7 miles from the Surfside Pier and surrounding restaurants. This four-story complex offers oceanfront units to take in all the sights and sounds of life at the beach. Enjoy watching the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean from your private balcony. There is also an elevator at Surfwatch II to help tote your luggage and beach items. Go for a swim in the oceanside outdoor pool (open Easter/April 1 to October 1) or take a short walk to the beach and feel the sand beneath your feet. Dine in and barbeque at the complex grilling area or dine out at one of several local restaurants. Two parking permits are issued per condo unit. There is some covered parking with a clearance of 7’1”. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, trailers, recreational vehicles, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.
