Complex amenities include coin-operated laundry onsite, a grilling area, and gated parking. There is no elevator at Southpointe Villas and #20 is on the second floor. Two parking permits are issued per condo unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.
